Quiet
Valley Bed and Breakfast is set on fifty gently rolling acres
in Shoreham.Quiet
Valley has three guest rooms. One has two double four-poster beds,
a private bath, and wood burning stove. The other two each have
twin beds and share a lovely bathroom.
Enjoy
a healthy breakfast of homemade muffins, bread, granola, pancakes,
and seasonal fruit in the country style kitchen overlooking the
Green Mountains. We serve fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic
gardent color="#0000FF">Explore
the walking paths, Take the blue canoe out on the Lemon Fair River
for the afternoon. Cross country ski, toboggan, snowshoe or dog
sledding (mushing) in season. Kayaking & fly fishing by apppointment.
Your host, Bruce Lustgarten will plan or lead a mountain hike tailored
to your ability and interests.

to antiques and other valuables found throughout our bed & breakfast
we offer accommodations to those over 12 years old.

to Middlebury Town and Middlebury College. Ten minutes from Middlebury.
Lake Champlain is a scenic bike ride from Quiet Valley.
